摘要 通过分析目前我国高校科研效率的现状,分析其原因,并试图用价值工程的方法提升高校科研效率,对提高我国高校科研效率具有一定的指导意义。 Through the analysis ol the present situation ol research elfimency in IShinese universities, this paper analyzes the causes, and tries to use VE to improve the efficiency of university scientific research, which has guiding significance to improve the efficiency of scientific research in Chinese universities.
