摘要
文章在总结高校重点建设("985工程"、"211工程")的管理现状与挑战、阐述e化价值链管理的核心理念的基础上,对重点建设的e化价值链进行了分析,提出了整合e化资源、构建e化组织、改善e化流程、达到e化速度、实现e化服务的管理对策。
This article summarizes the management status and challenges about Key Construction ("985 Project", "211 Project" )of colleges and universities, and explains the core ideas of E-Value Chain Management (E-VCM), then analyzes the valuable activities of Key Construction, finally puts forward the five management solutions based on E-VCM, which contains e-resources integration, e-organization recreation, e-process optimization, espeed realization, e-service upgradation.
