本文以新建贵阳至广州铁路(以下简称贵广铁路)为切入点,详细解读了三省(区)政府通过省(区)市共担、土地置换、共同开发等多形式、多渠道筹融资和严格执行铁路公司与地方政府共同确认的资金支付与验工计价流程,既有力的保证了征地拆迁资金到位,也很好的控制了征地拆迁投资,旨在为我国下一步铁路建设征地拆迁资金筹措和投资控制提供参考。
Taking the new Guiyang--Guangzhou Railway as example, the article describes the financing channel of joint, land replacement, and joint development, and strictly execute the payment and check and charging process, which powerfully supports the capital availability, and control the investment on land requisition and demolishing, aiming at provide reference for the future work of railway construction.
