摘要
我国建筑企业能否获得可持续发展,关键在于招投标制度的实施。招投标作为一种成功的采购模式,一方面为市场营造了公平竞争的环境,另一方面,保障了国有资金的使用效率,发挥出其良好的作用。然而,目前我国招投标活动中还存在很多问题。基于此,本文首先对工程招投标管理中存在的问题进行了详细分析,然后找出问题的成因,最后提出有效的应对措施,以供同行参考。
The implementation of bidding system is the key for the sustainable development of China＇s construction enterprise. Bidding as a successful procurement mode, on the one hand, create a fair market competition environment, on the other hand, guarantee efficiency of the state-owned funds to play its role. However, at present, there are many problems in China＇s bidding. On this basis, the article makes an analysis of the problems in engineering bidding, and tries to find out the causes, at last, puts forward the effective measures for reference.
