摘要
湖东堤工程是治淮19项骨干工程项目之一,是沂沭泗洪水东调南下工程的重要组成部分,它的安全完整运行对保障济宁市经济社会发展及保护沿湖人民生命财产安全起着十分重要的作用。为此本文分析了湖东堤工程管理现状及存在的问题,并有针对性提出了一系列管理建议及措施。
The Hudong dike engineering is one of nineteen backbone projects of harnessing Huaihe River, and is an important part of the east to south floodwater diversion projects in the Yishusi River. Its safe and complete operation plays an important role in ensuring economic and social development in Jining and protecting people＇s lives and property security. Based on this, management status quo of Hudong dike engineering and the existent problems are analyzed, and a series of targeted management proposals and measures arc put forward.
