摘要
食品安全是当代社会重大问题之一,而作为卫生系统中重要部门的医院系统,在其食堂餐饮管理方面必然要有着更高的要求。而把握住财务管理环节,可以说对医院系统中餐饮环节的安全管理起到防范作用。本文重点探讨这一内容。
Food safety is one of the major issues of contemporary society, as an important sector of the health system, hospital system has higher requirements in food and beverage management of canteen. Grasping the link of financial management can play preventive role of safety management of food and beverage in hospital system.
