本文通过对我国农村中小企业的企业结构和融资状况进行介绍,对我国农村中小企业融资困难的成因进行剖析,旨在提出解决我国农村中小企业融资难问题的对策,从而构建我国农村中小企业的辅助融资体系。

This article analyzes the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprise through presenting the enterprise structure and financing conditions, aiming at putting the countermeasures to resolve the financing problems in small and medium-sized enterprise, and build the assistant financing system of rural small and medium-sized enterprise.
