摘要
对目前我国高校师资队伍建设的现状进行分析,发现师资队伍建设中存在的问题,并试图利用价值分析法来提高高校师资队伍建设的价值,指导高校师资队伍的建设。
The paper analysed the present situation of teaching staff construction in colleges and universities in China, found the problems, and tried to use the value analysis method to increase the value of teaching staff construction in colleges and universities and guide the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities.
