以职业技能培训为特色的本科人才培养模式

College Talent Education Mode that Has the Feature of Professional Skill Train

针对当前高校一些专业情况及社会形势,从培养本科生工程实践能力和拓宽就业渠道出发,根据一些本科专业的特点,在传统的培养模式中引入职业技能培训,提出学历+资质的培养目标。实践结果表明该模式下培养的大学本科毕业生具有扎实的理论基础,较强的实践技能,综合素质全面提升。得到企业的认可的同时大大增强毕业生的就业竞争力。

Aim at the situation of college specialty and social situation, based on the characteristic of a few specialties, professional skill train was added to traditional education mode to develop practical ability and increase the rate of employment. The education aim of diploma and qualification was advanced. The result demonstrated the graduates educated by this mode had good theory and practical skill. Moreover they were accepted by corporation and the competition ability to get a job was enhanced.
