摘要
目的 观察基底外侧杏仁核 (BLA)内注射戊巴比妥钠对睡眠和行为的影响。方法 多导睡眠描记术和杏仁核微量注射。结果 戊巴比妥钠引起觉醒减少 ,慢波睡眠和总睡眠时间增多 ,开野实验中踩格数和修饰行为减少 ,而强迫游泳实验的不动时间延长。结论 戊巴比妥钠作用于BLA可产生明显的促睡眠效应和镇静作用 。
Objective To investigate the effects of microinjection of pentobarbital sodium into basolateral amygdaloid nucleus(BLA) on sleep and behavior.Methods Polysomnography(PSG) and nucleus amygdalae microinjection. Results Pentobarbital sodium enhanced slow wave sleep(SWS) and total sleep time(TST), but decreased wakefulness. The number of both crossing squares and grooming bouts decreased in the open field activity, but the immobility time of the forced swimming test increased. Conclusion The microinjection of pentobarbital sodium into BLA causes sleep increase and has sedative effects. BLA is involved in the regulation of sleep and behavior.
