摘要
随着公务员群体不断扩大,公务员录用管理模式逐渐成为我们日益关注的焦点。本文通过对深圳市公务员录用管理模式的分析和评价,提出了公务员录用管理理想模式架构,对我国公务员录用管理模式的完善有一定的借鉴意义。
With the growing of civil service group, civil servants recruitment mechanism gradually becomes a major concern to us. This paper analyses and evaluates Shenzhen civil servant recruitment mechanism. It puts forward the optimum civil servants recruitment mechanism, and has a useful effort to the improvement of civil servant recruitment mechanism.
