论天津市现代物流业发展中的法律政策问题

The Legal Policy Issues about Developing the Modern Logistics Industry of Tianjin

基于物流市场繁荣发展,天津市制定了促进现代物流业发展的法律政策。但其现代物流业发展处于起步阶段,相关法律政策仍存在不足。文章通过介绍美国物流法律政策,结合天津市现代物流业发展存在的问题,提出完善天津市现代物流业法律政策之建议。

Based on the prosperity of the logistics market, Tianjin has formulated a series of legal policy to promote the development of modern logistics industry. But in Tianjin, the development of modern logistics industry is still in the initial stage, the legal policy still has certain disadvantages. The author comes up with the suggestions about improving the legal policy, by introducing the experience of the logistics legal policy of United States and Japan, and combining with the situation in Tianjin.
