人力资源是企业的第一要素,它在企业竞争中具有决定性的意义。通过对铁路运输企业人力资源现状的分析,提出人力资源管理解决方法,以此促进铁路可持续发展。
The human resource is the first element of the enterprise, and it has decisive significance in the enterprise competition. Through the analysis of current situation of human resources in railway transport enterprise, this paper makes solutions of human resource management to promote sustainable development of railways.
