干燥综合征(Sjgren's syndrome,SS)又称舍格伦综合征,是一种主要侵犯外分泌腺的慢性系统性自身免疫性疾病。本文从西医、中医两个不同角度,总结了近年来的文献资料。西医从如何规范化治疗本病以及治疗原则、药物、方法等方面进行了总结。中医从病名、病因病机、辨证论治、单方验方等方面介绍了SS的中医药研究概况。

To update the development of treatment for Sjogren＇s syndrome （SS） by use of western medicine（WM） or traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）. Emphasize the standardization and principle of using the western medications in clinic; meanwhile, introduce category name, pathegenesis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation of SS in TCM.
