高职院校教学工作计酬模式初探

Discussion and Analysis on Vocational School＇s Work Payment Model

高职院校教学工作计酬模式是顺应高校计酬制度的发展而建立的，但计酬模式没能很好体现高职院校教学工作特点，本文通过对计酬模式的分析提出新的设计思路。

Vocational colleges teaching payment mode to follow the development of colleges and universities payment system established, but the payment mode is not well reflect the higher vocational colleges teaching characteristics, the paper proposed a new design ideas on the analysis of payment patterns.
