The medical colleges have their own characteristics and uniqueness, there are lots problems in the construction about college students＇ employment guidance curriculum system, these problems are affecting college students＇employment ability, sense of employment and career consciousness. So, it is very important for us to disicuss curriculum arrangements and teacher team construction.This is helpful for collegestudents＇employment guidance curriculum system construction.
