通过分析巩义市工业遗产资源的特点，本文阐释了工业遗产在县市发展中的文化价值，进而基于文化资源的开发再利用提出了工业遗产的再利用对策，以期促进城市特色文化的建设和县市经济的发展。

The article analyses the cultural values of industrial heritage in the development of counties by calculated the features of industrial heritage resources in GongYi, and then put forward the industrial heritage reuse countermeasures based on the development and reuse of cultural resources, in order to promote the construction of characteristic culture of cities and the development of county economic.
