摘要 信息技术快速发展的时代背景下隐性知识显性化问题越来越受到关注,实现教师隐性知识共享不仅是教师实现自身专业发展的必然要求,也是提高全体教师整体专业能力的重要条件。本文分析了当前教师隐性知识显性化存在的问题,并对信息技术支持的教师隐性知识显性化策略进行了探讨。 Tacit Knowledge in the background of the rapid development of IT is a growing concern, the teachers' tacit knowledge sharing is not only inevitable requirement for teachers to achieve their own professional development, is also an important condition to improve the overall professional competence of all teachers. This paper analyzes the current problems in teachers' tacit knowledge explicit, teacher and IT support knowledge externalization strategy are discussed.
