摘要
半导体器件物理是微电子专业非常重要的课程。本文从课堂教学实践出发,针对目前教学过程中存在的问题与不足,结合应用型本科院校学生特点,探索改革“半导体器件物理”课堂教学,激发学生主动学习的积极性,使学生在课堂中获得较好的学习效果,为后续课程的学习打下良好的基础。
The semiconductor device physics is a very important course of the microelectronics professional. Departure from the practice of classroom teaching, for the problems in the current teaching process, combine the characteristics of applied undergraduate college students, explore the reform "Physics of Semiconductor Devices" classroom teaching, stimulate students' enthusiasm for active learning; and effectively, make students in the classroom for better learning results, and lay a good foundation for subsequent courses. Practice shows that our exploration has achieved good teaching effect.
