近40年来，研究者开始关注父亲在家庭养育中所起的作用。本文旨在通过综述理论和实证研究，阐述影响父亲卷入的因素，包括个体动机、育儿技能和信心、社会支持、文化生态以及儿童个体特点等因素。以期通过本文综述为中国关于父亲卷入的研究提供借鉴。

In recent 40 years, researchers began to concern the role of the father in the family upbringing. Through review of theoretical and empirical research on this article and explain the factors influencing father involvement, including individual motivation, parenting skills and confidence, social support, culture and ecology, as well as factors such as the individual characteristies of the child, through the review of this article to provides use for Chinese father involvement research.
