摘要
求助者是一名高一学生,求助者感到焦虑,烦躁,睡眠障碍。根据求助者的情况,采用理性情绪疗法和放松训练法,经过八次咨询,求助者认识到自己的不合理信念,其情绪状态好转,咨询效果较为明显。
The vister is a senior high school, a month ago vister felt anxieting, having trouble in sleeping. Accoouding to his basic situation, through use of rational-emotion theray and relexing trainig for eight times, vister found his unreasional beliefs, and his emtiong became fine, achieved satisfactory results.
