论团体咨询对康复期精神分裂症患者的疗效

The Effects of Group Counseling to Schizophrenic in Recovery Stage

为探讨团体咨询对康复期精神分裂症患者的疗效，以康复期精神分裂症患者为研究对象，在原有药物治疗的基础上，开展团体咨询，采用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表和自画像投射测验进行评定。结果显示，干预组前后测的抑郁和焦虑得分差异显著，自画像变化明显。与单独的药物治疗相比，结合团体咨询能更有效地帮助康复期精神分裂症患者恢复。

A total of 10 patients with schizophrenia in recovery phrase were randomly divided into two groups, which both were treated with former neuroleptics and only the study group with counseling. The SAS, SDS and DAP tests were used to assess patients before and after study. Significant differences between the twice test scores of SAS and SDS, group counseling would raise the level of self-identity and reduce the depression and anxiety in patients with schizophrenia in recovery stage.
