南方电网调度员培训仿真系统关键技术研究与应用 被引量:7

摘要 南方电网有两个显著的特点:一是交直流混合运行且规模巨大;二是远程送电有大功率的跨省流动。因此,南方电网总调新一代调度员培训仿真系统(DTS)的关键技术包括分布式建模、自动生成在线教案和制定高效联合演习模式。在分布式建模技术方面,给出了利用边界切割内外网区域进行模型拼接的算法流程;在自动生成在线教案方面,给出了交直流混合状态估计的方法;在演习模式方面,提出了"分散建模、统一仿真"和"统一调度、就地操作"的演习模式。南方电网总调新一代DTS中的建模厂站数已达到879个,DTS软件系统已在南方电网总调稳定有效运行4年以上。现场应用表明,所研发的DTS关键技术是可行的、有效的。 There are two critical characteristics of China Southern Power Grid(CSG),namely a great scale grid in a hybrid AC/DC operation mode,and heavy power loads flowing among various provinces.As a result,the key technologies of a new generation of dispatcher training system(DTS) for the Power Dispatching Control Center of CSG include: distributed modeling,online teaching plan automatically creating and efficient joint rehearsal planning.For the distributed modeling,this paper proposes an algorithm that can merge the models of internal and external regions by boundary cutting.For the teaching plan creating,the state evaluation of hybrid AC/DC operation is given while for the rehearsal planning,a mode of " modeling independently,but simulating unified" as well as "dispatching unified,but operating on the spot" is put forward.The new generation of DTS in CSG consists of 879 models of various stations/power generation plans,and has operated for more than four years in the Power Dispatching Control Center of CSG,showing that the key technologies developed for DTS are feasible and efficient.
