“阳光体育”背景下新疆少数民族大学生健康体适能的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 探讨"阳光体育"背景下新疆少数民族大学生健康体适能的变化,为选择更加适合新疆少数民族大学生和新疆高校实际的运动项目提供实验依据.以喀什师范学院2011级少数民族学生(共300名,男150名,女150名)为研究对象,分实验组和对照组,根据受试者健康体适能测试结果制定相应处方.研究结果表明,12周"阳光体育"锻炼后所有受试者坐位体前屈、立定跳远、仰卧起坐、台阶指数、肺活量与对照组相比都有显著提高(p<0.05),或极显著性提高(p<0.01),男生测试组体脂百分比与对照组相比有降低趋势,但未达显著性差异(p>0.05),女生测试组与对照组相比显著性降低(p<0.05).表明以中速跑、台阶跑、原地深蹲起、体育游戏为主要形式的运动项目可以显著提高新疆少民族大学生的健康体适能,并深受广大少数民族大学生喜爱,适合在新疆高校推广. We investigate the health and fitness changes of Xinjiang national minority university student in the background "Sunshine Sports", and the experimental date can provide teachers choose more suitable sports for the minority students in Xinjiang. We choose 300 national minority university students (male 150, female 150) of Kashgar Teachers College as the research object, divide schoolboy experimental group, control group experimental group of boys, girls and girl group. The results of experiment showed that 12 weeks of "SunshineSports" exercise after all subjects sit and reach, standing long jump, sit-ups, step index, vital capacity compared with the control group had significantly (P〈O.05), or very significantly increased (P〈O.O1), the percentage of body fat boys test group compared with the control group difference (P〉O.05), girls test group compared with there is a decreasing trend, but there was no significant the control group decreased siKnificantlv (P〈0.05). Themedium run, climb the stairs, in situ deep squat, sports games as the main form of sports can improve the national minority nationality college students in Xinjiang health and fitness, and by the vast number of minority college students in Xinjiang university.
