摘要
通过对全国9个省份79家实验室的大量监测数据进行统计分析,研究确定了红外分光光度法测定水中石油类的质量控制评定指标。研究表明:标准样品浓度在20~70mg.L-1时,控制室内相对标准偏差RSD≤5.0%,室间相对标准偏差RSD’≤5.0%,重复性0.7~1.7mg.L-1,再现性1.2~7.3mg.L-1;样品浓度小于1.0mg.L-1时,控制实际样品相对偏差RD≤20.0%;标准样品浓度在20~70mg.L-1时,标准样品RE≤±7.0%;加标回收率80%~120%。
Determinating quality control/assurance index of petroleum in water by infrared spectrometry was achieved based on a large number of monitoring data from 79 laboratories in 9 provinces.The study shows that when the standard sample concentration is in the range of 20-70 mg·L^-1,the RSD(relative standard deviation in the control room)≤5.0%,and the RSD'(relative standard deviation between laboratories)≤5.0%;the repeatability was between 0.7 mg·L^-1 and 1.7 mg·L^-1,and the reproducibility was between 1.2 mg·L^-1 and 7.3 mg·L^-1;RD(the relative deviation of the controlled actual sample)≤20.0% when the sample concentration was below 1.0 mg·L^-1;RE(the relative error) was controlled within ±7.0% when the sample concentration was between 20-70 mg·L^-1;the recovery rate with added specimen was between 80%-120%.
