桂枝茯苓胶囊联合化疗药物治疗原发性脑肿瘤的临床研究

The clinical research of the primary cerebral tumor treated with Guizhi-Fuling capsule plus chemo-treatment

目的比较桂枝茯苓胶囊联合化疗与单纯化疗治疗原发性脑肿瘤的疗效。方法采用随机对照分组,治疗组(37例)为桂枝茯苓胶囊联合化疗(Vm26+DDP);对照组(24例)为单纯化疗,化疗方案同治疗组,两组均以40天为一疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果桂枝茯苓胶囊联合化疗的临床受益率及平均生存期均优于单纯化疗组;联合化疗组的有效率及2年以上生存率显示出了高于单纯化疗组的趋势;联合化疗组的肿瘤体积减幅优于单纯化疗组。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊联合化疗药物治疗原发性脑肿瘤疗效优于单纯西医治疗组。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effectiveness on the primary cerebral tumor between the group treated with Guizhi-Fuling capsule combined chemo-treatment and the group only with chemo-treatment.Method Patients were divided into two groups randomly.37 patients in the cure group were treated with Guizhi-Fuling capsule combined chemo-treatment（Vm26＋ DDP）;24 patients in the control group were pushed into only chemo-treatment and the chemotherapy was the same as the cure group received.Both groups were treated with two courses（one course included 40 days）.Results The clinical beneficial rate and the mean survival time of the group treated with Guizhi-Fuling capsule combined chemo-treatment were superior to that of the control group;The efficiency and the over 2 years survival rate of the cure group have the trend that overshadow the control group;The decreasing amplitude of the tumor volume in the Guizhi-Fuling capsule combined chemo-treatment excels that in the chemo-treatment group.Conclusion Guizhi-Fuling capsule combined chemo-treatment had a better therapeutic effectiveness on the primary cerebral tumor than simple chemo-treatment.
