不同信息交互风格教师的信息寻求行为研究 被引量:4

摘要 本研究通过问卷调查,对动态多样的网络环境下四种不同信息交互风格教师的信息寻求行为进行了系统的研究,进而为教师培训及信息策略等方面的研究奠定基础。研究发现,信息交互风格对教师的信息寻求行为具有很大的影响。不同信息交互风格教师的信息寻求行为具有不同的特点,表现在信息寻求方法、信息寻求过程,以及信息寻求过程阶段与认知、情绪之间具的相关性等方面。 Information seeking is critical for teacher' s professional development and educational innovations.This study aimed to investigate teacher s information seeking behavior within information interaction styles(e.g.,aware, hesitant,preempted,and engaged).109 primary and middle teachers in China participated in this study.Results showed that teachers who had different information interaction styles and different information seeking behavior.Issues involved in this study are discussed.
