摘要
本文综述了国内外学习投入相关研究的内涵、测量结构及测量方法,在此基础上对学习投入进行了概念界定。同时对已有研究中学习投入的学校影响因素进行了总结,包括班级层面的影响因素和学校层面的影响因素,班级层面的影响因素主要从教师因素、同伴因素和班级环境因素来加以探讨。其中,教师因素是学生学习投入学校影响因素中的核心部分。学校层面的影响因素包括:学校规模、学校学习氛围、学校归属感和学校课业负担等。
This study reviewed the definitions, measurement constructs and technologies of academic engagement. An integrative and multifaceted construct framework with behavior engagement, cognitive engagement and emotional engagement was pointed out. The school factors' evidences of academic engagement were also discussed. It contained two level factors which were class level factors and school level factors. The class level factors included teacher factors, classmate factors, and class climate factors, and teacher factors were the core part. The school factors included school size, school climate, school belonging and school workload and so on. The limitations of existing research were discussed and the improvements were suggested.
