摘要
认知负荷是施加到工作记忆中待处理信息的总量,认知负荷理论是继建构主义理论后又一个对教学起着重要指导作用的心理学理论。通过对认知负荷理论及目前较有影响的模型的介绍,可以使教育者从认知资源分配的角度,对复杂学习深入研究,并为教学和学习材料设计提供心理学的理论依据。
Cognitive load is the amount which applied to the working memory to deal with the informa- tions. Cgnitive load theory is after the constructivism and it is a psychological theory which plays an important guiding role in teaching. This article introduced the theories and models of cognitive load which were influential presently. It is a base for educators to research the complex study from cognitive resources allocation, and at the same time, it provides the psychological theoretical basis for teaching and learning materials designed.
