门诊处方不合理用药分析

An analysis of irrational clinic prescriptions

目的了解门诊用药情况，促进临床合理用药。方法抽查医院2011年度门诊处方3627张，对不合理用药处方进行统计分析。结果不合理用药处方共101张，占调查处方的2．78％。结论我院存在一定程度的不合理用药现象，医院应加强对合理用药知识的培训，提高医师和药师的用药水平。

Objective To understand the status of medication use in clinicst, to promote the rational use of medications. Methods 3627 pieces of clinic prescription were randomly investigated, The irrational prescriptions were statistically analyzed. Results 101 pieces of prescription were irrational, accounting for 2.78% of the investigated prescriptions. Conclusions Irrational medication use exists in our hospital. The training for rational drug use should be strengthened to improve the level of medication use of physicians and pharmacists.
