蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的诊断与治疗(附56例报告)

Diagnosis and Treatment of Sphenoid Ride Meningiomas(56cases report)

对５６例蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤进行回顾性分析。３１例行脑血管造影检查，２８例见肿瘤染色并可判明血供来源，其中２５例可见颈外动脉供血。认为早期诊断、在肿瘤较小时手术、术前行颈外动脉结扎或栓塞、术中应用超声吸引（ＣＵＳＡ）及显微技术，可减少术中输血量，提高肿瘤全切除率，减少复发。

56 patient with the sphenoid ridge meningiomas were retrospectively studiedAmong the 31 cases of the cerebral angiography,the tumor dyeing were found in 28 cases and the blood of the external carotid artery(ECA) supplying to the tumor were found in 25 case(89%)We concluded that diagnosis earlier,operated in the small tumor stage,preoperative ligation or embolization of ECA,using CUSA and microneurosurical techniques during the operation would reduce the volume of blood transfusion,increasing the total tumor removal rate and reduce the recurrent rate of the tumor
