摘要
以中林杨-46AS浆为研究对象,探讨了木聚糖酶预处理对后续漂白及纸张性能的影响。结果表明,木聚糖酶预处理中林杨-46AS浆的最佳工艺条件为:酶用量15 IU/g,温度55℃,pH值6.0,时间120 min;常规ECF漂白,经X-D1-E-D2漂白,与D1-E-D2漂白浆相比,浆白度接近,黏度提高了131 mL/g,总用氯量减少了50%。在总用氯量降低了40%时,X-D-E-P漂白浆的黏度为949 mL/g,为各类常规漂序中最高,其漂白浆白度也达87.9%,比D-E-P漂白浆白度提高了2.3个百分点;超轻ECF漂白,当总用氯量为0.6%时,采用X-D1-E-D2和X-D-E-P漂白,白度均达到86%以上,其黏度提高显著,其中X-D-E-P漂白浆黏度为970 mL/g;中林杨-46AS浆经木聚糖酶预处理后,通过ECF漂白,与未经木聚糖酶预处理对照纸张相比,纸张的耐破指数、抗张指数分别提高了约22.2%和16.1%。
Effects of pre-treatment of green oxygen pulp of aspen(Zhonglin-46) with xylanase on following bleaching were studied.The results showed that: The optimal conditions of pre-treatment with xylanase were: the dosage of xylanase 15 IU/g,treating temperature 55℃,pH value 6.0,treating time 120 min,pulp consistency 10%;With X-D1-E-D2 bleaching,the brightness of the aspen pulp was similar to the D1-E-D2 process,but its total chlorine dosage was 50% less than the D1-E-D2 process,and the viscosity of the bleached pulp was 131 mL/g higher.The viscosity of the X-D-E-P bleached pulp was the highest compared with other conventional bleaching processes,and its brightness was increased up to 87.9%;In super light ECF bleaching process,when total chlorine dosage was 0.6%,the brightness of the pulp could be increased up above 86% in X-D1-E-D2 or X-D-E-P or X-D1-Ep-D2 processes,which was similar to the brightness of the D1-Ep-D2 precess,but the viscosity of the pulp was much higher,the viscosity was 970 mL/g in X-D-E-P process;Using green oxygen as cooking additive the resultant pulp was pretreated with xylanase,then bleached with TCF or super light ECF process,the bleached pulp physical properties were improved considerably.Paper bursting index and tensile index were increased by 17% and 23% respectively.
