摘要
通过空间分布、时间分布和交通方式结构3个方面分析封闭社区这一新型城市居住区形式的交通特征,并从多方面将封闭社区与传统居住小区的交通特性进行对比,认为封闭社区的交通具有交通源均质化、交通发生集中化、交通工具私人化和交通流线排他性这些特点。然后从路网指标和延误定性定量分析封闭社区对城市道路网络系统的影响机制和作用过程,得出封闭社区的绕行延误曲线,并给出路网规划时的合理化建议。
Traffic characteristics of gated community, new fol^n of residential areas, was analyzed through three aspects of spatial distribution, time distribution and mode structure. Also, the traffic features of the gated community were compared with traditional resi- dential district from many aspects. It is considered that the gated community possesses the features like traffic sources homogenization, traffic occurs centralization, transportation privatization and exclusive line of traffic flow. Then fiae influence of gated community on ur- ban road network system was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed from network indicators and delay. Bypass delay curves of gated community was obtained and reasonable suggestions were given in road network planning.
