摘要
目的:探讨吉兰-巴雷综合征(GBS)的电生理改变特点。方法:对45例GBS患者进行运动神经传导速度(MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SCV)、肌电图和F波进行检测。共检测160条运动神经、100条感觉神经、及150块肌肉。结果:MCV减慢为60.6%,SCV减慢为49.0%,EMG提示神经源性改变占66.6%,F波异常占88.42%。结论:GBS为广泛周围神经损害,存在以脱髓鞘为主伴有轴索变性的电生理改变。神经电生理检测对GBS的诊断是极为重要的诊断手段。
Objective:To explore the electroneurophysiological characteristics in patients with Gullain barre syndrome.Methods:MCV,SCV,EMG and F wave were measured in 45 patients with GBS clinically diagnosed.A Total of 160 motor nerves,100 sensory nerves and 150 muscle masses were detected.Results:In nerves examination showed that slow MCV and SCV were 60.6% and 49.0%,EMG revealed neurogenic changes in 66.6%,F wave abnormality was noted in 88.42%.Conclusion:GBS might result in widespread peripheral nerve damage.The dominated electroneuophysiological changes might show peripheral nerve demyelination accompanied by axone degeneration.The electroneuphysiological detection might be a very important method for the diagnosis of GBS.
