摘要
目的:探讨自动化仪器和手工计数法在不同性状的胸腹水白细胞计数中的应用。方法:分别用尿有形成分分析仪和血细胞分析仪对102份胸腹水标本进行白细胞计数检测,并与普通光学显微镜计数进行比较。结果:在胸腹水WBC≤2.0×109/L时应用UF-1000i测定结果较准确,SE-9000在检测清澈无杂质且WBC≥0.8×109/L的胸腹水标本结果较为准确。结论:在一定范围内,自动化仪器可以适当的运用于胸腹水的白细胞计数中。
Objective:To explore the application of automated instrument and handwork counting in white blood cell count detection in hydrothorax and ascites of different properties.Methods:We conducted the white blood cell count detection of 102 hydrothorax and ascites samples by using automated urine formed elements analyzer and blood cell analyzer,and then compared them by ordinary optical microscope.Results:When the hydrothorax and ascites WBC was≤2.0×109/L,the result was accurate by using UF-1000i for the detection,while the result was reliable without impurities by using SE-9000 when the hydrothorax and ascites WBC was≥0.8×109/L.Conclusion:In the certainty range,the automated instrument can be properly used to detect the white cell count in hydrothorax and ascites.
