大鼠脑出血周边组织VEGF表达及Ang-1对其变化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究Ang-1对大鼠脑出血周边组织脑含水量、脑组织EB含量、VEGF的表达的影响。方法:制备大鼠脑出血模型150只,随机分为正常对照组50只(A组)、脑出血组50只(B组)、Ang-1干预组50只(C组),分别设6h、12h、1d、3d、7d五个时间点各10只,检测脑含水量、脑组织EB含量、VEGF的表达情况。结果:1Ang-1对大鼠脑出血周边组织水肿有治疗作用,并能有效地减轻BBB的通透性。2脑出血后血肿周边组织VEGF表达增高,可诱导小血管生长,建立侧支循环,改善血液供应,促进脑功能的恢复。3Ang-1干预后VEGF阳性细胞数表达持续增高与微血管生长增高有正相关,能共同促进血肿周边组织的微血管形成作用和血液供应。结论:Ang-1对促进血肿周边新生血管的生成和降低脑水肿具有统计学意义。
