摘要
本文介绍了破碎机动颚的铸造生产工艺方法,通过对铸件结构分析,设计合理的铸造工艺措施,中间内腔采用整体砂芯,铬铁矿砂与石灰石砂结合,提高铸件尺寸精度和表面质量,消除铸件粘砂缺陷,设计合理的浇注系统和冒口,并借助仿真凝固模拟软件进行模拟分析验证,结合生产实践经验,采用适量内冷铁等工艺措施,最终生产出高质量的合格铸件。
Foundry technology for production of moving jaws of a jaws crusher has been introduced. Upon analysis of castings structure reasonable measures have been designed with such as whole sand core for inner cavity, chromite sand combined with limestone sand, higher dimension accuracy and surface quality, eliminating inclusion defect, design of resonable gating system and risers, validating by simulating analysis of the process with simulation software combined with practical experiences as proper amount of inner chilling. High quality eligible castings have produced finally.
