摘要
目的:对中药附子典型物性特征如大小、颜色、硬度进行定量化测定,并判定能否作为商品规格等级分等的依据。方法:分别测量29批白附片和24批黑顺片的大小(长度、宽度、厚度、质量)、颜色(外部颜色、内部颜色)、硬度,再将测量数据采用聚类分析方法进行统计软件分等,并与专家分等结果对比。结果:白附片聚类分等与专家分等结果一致率达69%,黑顺片聚类分等与专家分等结果一致率达54%。结论:中药附子典型物性特征由传统的定性描述转为定量测定并通过数学处理后,可为附子商品等级的划分提供一种新的方法。
Objective:To decide whether typical physical characteristics of Aconitum Carmichalii Debx,of which size,color and hardness were quantitatively determined,can be used as the evidence for classified specification or not.Methods: 29 batches of white Aconitum Carmichalii Debx and 24 batches of black Aconitum Carmichalii Debx were measured in size(length,width,thickness,weight),color(external color,internal color) and hardness,respectively.We can apply Cluster analysis software to grade by means of measurement data,then darw a comparion with the results of expert classification.Results: For white Aconitum Carmichalii Debx,the accordance rate of two methods was up to 69%,which for black Aconitum Carmichalii Debx was 54%.Conclusion: the change from traditional qualitative descriptions to quantitative determination in the typical physical characteristics as well as the use of statistical tool,it will provide a new approach for classified specification of Aconitum Carmichalii Debx.
