摘要
目的:比较冠心汤湿法粉碎制备与其传统汤剂及煎药机煎煮的汤剂中5种成分的含量差异。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,用乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,同时测定红花黄色素A、芍药苷、阿魏酸、丹酚酸B、丹参酮ⅡA含量。结果:冠心汤湿法粉碎制备的汤剂中5种有效成分的含量大大高于传统法及煎药机煎煮的汤剂。结论:湿法粉碎制备汤剂,方便快速,提取液有效成分含量高,作为中药汤剂一种新的制备方法值得进一步研究。
Objective:To contrast of five ingredients content of the preparation of Guanxin decoction using the shattering extraction with that of traditional decoction.Methods:To measure the content of tanshinone ⅡA,salvianolic acid B,paeoniflorin,ferulate and hydroxysafflor yellow A of guanxin Decoction by HPLC gradient elution,mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water.Results:The five ingredients content of preparation of Guanxin decoction using the shattering extraction are much more than that of traditional decoction.Conclusion: The preparation of traditional decoction using the shattering extraction is efficient,saving time and simple.
