摘要
转子系统的共振问题一直是转子动力学的重要研究方向。由于制造环境、技术条件、制造和安装误差及材料的多相特征等因素使得转子系统的材料属性和几何尺寸带有一定的随机特性。考虑转子系统结构尺寸、材料属性的随机特性和多阶固有频率的相关性,根据转子系统的固有频率与激振频率差的绝对值不超过规定值的关系准则,定义具有相关失效模式转子系统共振问题的可靠性模式,提出考虑多失效模式相关性的转子系统的频率可靠性分析方法,通过数值积分法确定转子系统共振失效的二阶联合失效概率,对具有相关失效模式转子系统共振问题的准失效分析方法进行研究,并通过数值算例验证提出方法的有效性。
The resonance problem of the rotor system is the key research direction of rotor dynamics.The material properties and geometry size of rotor system are random parameters because of the manufacturing environment,technical conditions,manufacturing and installation errors,multiphase materials,features and other factors.According to the relation criterion that the difference between the natural frequency and the driving frequency of rotor systems is not beyond a specific value,the reliability mode and reliability of rotor systems with correlation failure modes are defined considering the correlation of the multi-order natural frequency and the random characteristics of structure size and material.The frequency reliability analysis method for avoiding the resonant is carried out.The second-order joint failure probability of rotor system is obtained by using the numerical integration method.The quasi-failure analysis method for resonant problem of the random rotor systems with correlation failure modes is studied.A numerical example demonstrated that the proposed method is effective.
