摘要
当前,我国要打破城乡二元深层次结构矛盾,有必要深入探讨如何转移农村大量富余的劳动力。分析福清市农村剩余劳动力概况、特点,提出农村剩余劳动力转移中存在的问题及有序转移的有效措施。
General situation,feature of surplus labor in Fuqing city were analyzed,summarizing the existing problems in rural surplus labor transfer were concluded,and the effective measures for orderly transfer of rural labor were put foward.
