利用SWOT方法对上汽集团自主品牌荣威从优势、劣势、机遇和威胁4个方面进行了分析,探索荣威品牌的发展策略。
SWOT method is used to analyze ROEWE of SAIC from 4 aspects including strength, weakness, opportunity and threat. The development strategy of ROEWE is explored.
