摘要
通过对布氏杆菌病疫苗的生产工艺方面进行了部分优化:在原明胶蔗糖保护剂的基础上添加改良剂10%脱脂奶粉后,残余水分比原来有所下降,基本上解决了残余水分偏高的现象;结晶现象、不脱壁现象已完全解决;同时活菌计数的活菌数提高了3%。结果表明新的布氏杆菌复合培养基不受培养基原材料的质量因素影响,且疫苗的生产工艺稳定,易于保存,半成品的活菌数提高了28%,疫苗冻干后的活菌数提高了39%。
The production process of Brucellosis vaccine was partinally optimized by our company. Through adding the modifier 10% skim milk on the basis of the original gelatin sucrose protective agent, residual moisture content declined relative to the original and the residual water being on the high side phenomenon had been resolved basically and Crystallization and off the wall phenomenon had been resolved completely.At the same time living bacteria rate increased by 3% through the viable bacteria counting. The results show that the new brucellosis composite medium is not affected from the culture medium raw material quality factors and vaccine production process is stability and easy storage, living bacteria rate of semi-finished products and freeze-dried vaccine were improved respectively by 28% and 39%.
