氨基噻唑类化合物的合成

摘要 三溴氧磷与2,4-噻唑烷二酮反应制得2,4-二溴噻唑(1);1与含氮化合物经胺化反应合成了一系列氨基噻唑类化合物,其结构经1H NMR确证。 2,4-Dibromothiazole(1) was prepared by the reaction of phosporus oxybromide and 2,4- thiazolidinedione. A series of aminothiazole compounds were synthesized by aminization reaction of 1 with compounds containing nitrogen. The structures were confirmed by 1H NMR.
