番茄红素提取物对蛋黄中抗氧化物质浓度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 选取健康、体重相近的39周龄海兰褐壳蛋种用母鸡120只,随机分为2个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。处理1饲喂对照日粮,不添加任何类胡萝卜素。处理2饲喂添加有番茄提取物的试验日粮。结果显示,蛋黄中总类胡萝卜素和番茄红素的浓度在两周左右达到稳定状态;日粮中类胡萝卜素的含量和组成决定蛋黄中类胡萝卜素的含量和组成;叶黄素的沉积效率较高,β-胡萝卜素和番茄红素的沉积效率较低(番茄提取物组中β-胡萝卜素和番茄红素的沉积率分别为5.5%和7.3%)。日粮中添加番茄提取物对蛋黄中视黄醇和α-生育酚的浓度没有影响(P>0.05),但是有升高的趋势。
