摘要
目的 :研究口服Mr小于 5 0 0 0的猪 (SusscrofadomesticaBrisson)脾来源免疫抑制组分 (SISC p)的有效性。 方法 :通过给小鼠igSISC p ,实验其对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能、迟发型超敏反应 (DTH)及绵羊红细胞 (SRBC)特异抗体生成的影响。 结果 :poSISC p对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能、DTH及SRBC特异抗体生成均有抑制作用 ,对巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响 ,较高剂量(2 0mg·kg-1)和较低剂量 (5mg·kg-1)的作用效果均不如中剂量 (10mg·kg-1) ;对DTH的影响 ,较低剂量 (3.8mg·kg-1)的作用效果较好 ;而对SRBC特异抗体生成的影响 ,则较高剂量 (2 0mg·kg-1)表现出了较好的作用效果。结论 :poSISC p对小鼠的免疫功能有抑制作用 ,但对非特异性、特异性和体液免疫功能产生抑制作用的剂量不同。
OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of porcine spleen derived immunosuppressive component (named SISC p),a fraction with M r less than 5000,on the immune functions in mice.METHODS:Different doses of SISC p were given to mice ig and the effects of it on the macrophage phagocytic function,delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) and the production of sheep red blood cell (SRBC) specific antibody were observed.RESULTS:SISC p po had inhibitory effects on the macrophage phagocytic function,DTH and the production of SRBC specific antibody.For macrophage phagocytic function,the dose of 10 mg·kg -1 was more effective than the doses of 20 mg·kg -1 and 5 mg·kg -1 .For DTH,the relatively low dose,3.8 mg·kg -1 ,had better effect.However,the relatively high dose (20 mg·kg -1 )had better effects on the production of SRBC spectific antibody.CONCLUSION:SISC p po had inhibitory effects on the immune functions of mice,but the effective doses were different for nonspecific,specific and humoral immunity,respectively.
