摘要
目的 :建立乳酸钠林格注射液中乳酸钠含量的RP HPLC测定方法。方法 :采用UV扫描法 ;反相高效液相色谱法 :以YWG C18为分析柱 ,基质液 (取注射用氯化钠 6 .0 g ,注射用氯化钾 0 .3g ,注射用氯化钙 0 .2 g加水至 10 0 0ml)为流动相 ,使用外标法。结果 :乳酸钠最大吸收波长为 (2 0 6± 1)nm。其线性范围 0 .45 16~ 5 .6 45g·L-1,r =0 .9999。两浓度平均加样回收率±RSD分别为 (10 1.4± 1.5 1) % ,(10 0 .5± 0 .81) % (n =6 )。结论 :方法简便、快速、准确 ,可作为样品的检测方法。
OBJECTIVE:To establish an RP HPLC assay to determine sodium lactate contained in Ringers injection.METHODS:A UV scan method was applied.The RP HPLC was conducted on a YWG C 18 column (10 μm,4.6 mm×20 cm) with basic solution (mix6.0 g sodium chloride and 0.3 g potassium chloride and 0.2 g calcium chloride,then added water to 1000 ml) as mobile phase.It was used the external standard method.RESULTS:The maximal absorption wavelength of sodium lactated was detected at (206±1) nm.The peak area and concentration showed good correlation in the range of 0.4516~5.645 g·L -1 , r =0.9999.The average recoveries and the relative standard deviations were obtained at two different concentration levels as (101.4±1.5)% and ( 100.5 ±0.81)% ( n =6),respectively.CONCLUSION:The method was found to be bimple,quick and accurate for the determination of sodium lactate contained in lactated Ringers injection.
