摘要
就天然气压缩机活塞杆断裂问题,对断口宏观和微观形貌进行了详细的观察和分析,并对失效的活塞杆进行了力学性能测试。根据试验和观察结果分析了活塞杆断裂的原因,并对防止断裂事故提出了建议。
In view of the fracture problems of the piston rod of the natural gas compressor,the macro-and micro-fracture morphology was observed and analyzed in detail,and the test of the piston rod of the mechanical properties was performed.Based on the test and observation results,the cause of the piston rod fracture was analyzed,and proposals to prevent fracture accident were put forward.
