综合牵引床、褥疮防治床垫治疗老年性下肢骨折疗效分析

Elderly Lower Extremity Fractures Treated by Traction Bed and Bedsore Prevention Mattress

目的:综合牵引床、褥疮防治床垫治疗老年下肢骨折,并作出临床疗效分析。方法:对132例老年下肢骨折患者采取牵引术结合褥疮防治床垫进行治疗,观察患者骨折愈合情况,并于1a后进行随访,观察治疗效果。结果:132例患者经过系统治疗后其中129例康复出院;3例患者骨折处呈纤维愈合,肢体功能得到部分恢复。随访1a,80%以上患者骨折处无疼痛,活动功能尚可。结论:牵引床结合褥疮防治床垫对老年性下肢骨折的治疗具有较好疗效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of traction bed and bedsore prevention mattress in the treatment of elderly lower extremity fractures.Methods One hundred and thirty-two patients with lower limb fracture were treated by traction bed and bedsore prevention mattress,and fracture healing were observed.All cases were followed for 1 year,and the treatment effects were observed.Results Of the 132 patients treated by systematic treatment,129 cases rehabilitated and discharged from hospital,the fractures of the other 3 patients were fibrous healing and the limb function was partially restored.More than 80%of patients felt no pain in the fracture,and the activity function came back when followed-up after 1 year.Conclusion The traction bed and bedsore prevention mattress possess a good effect for the treatment of elderly lower extremity fractures.
