摘要
目的:探讨下肢全长拼接摄影下肢轴线测量的准确度。方法:采用岛津公司Sonialvision SafireⅡ型全数字化大平板透视-摄影系统所配备的肢体全长成像技术对人体下肢骨骼标本进行标准力线投照,测量人体骨骼标本及全下肢的X线全长图像的角度数据。结果:人体骨骼标本左右下肢实际测量的轴线数据与拼接摄影所测数据无统计学差异性。结论:根据岛津Sonialvision SafireⅡ拼接软件得到的下肢全长影像所测量的下肢轴线数据的准确度是可靠的。
Objective To investigate the accuracy for slot radiography of lower limbs axis measurement. Methods The human lower limbs skeleton samples had been taken slot radiography by use of splicing imaging technique of Shimadzu Sonialvision Satire I~ system. Then the skeleton samples and the acquired images were measured to get the angles of the standard alignment. Resttlts The difference between the angles of actual measurement and slot radiography was in an acceptable range by clinical. Conclusion It is reliable of the accuracy for full lower limbs axis measurement by slot radiography.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2011,33 (3) : 70-71 ]
